I've just started my Arbonne business and I'm doing this full on! I'm going to stop searching on the internet because there is so much negativity from people who don't know the first thing about the company. What convinced me to do this were the products, no one asked me to. I decided on my own. I used the RE9 Advanced skincare line and so a visible difference in my skin. I have some questions for anyone who can answer! I'm wondering what the commission rate is in Arbonne? I heard it was 50%, is that correct? I hear the products are all natural, does that mean they don't have preservatives like alot of others do? What does it take to get into the car program? Are there different types of cars? What is the cost to start up?

I see that there haven't been any postings on this site for a while, which surprises me now that Arbonne has declared Chapter 11 and is re-organizing. I honestly believe that Arbonne is going to emerge from Chapter 11 stronger. When I told a friend what was going on, she immediately asked what was going to happen to all of the products! I have been told by a newly hired Mary Kay Corporate employee that MK marketing is telling their employees that Arbonne is filing for bankruptcy and is going "under". I have to question this information but need to know that this type of misinformation is challenged by Arbonne. We have known for a while that MK is not above dirty marketing practices but if this is incorrect info., it is more than damaging.

Arbonne is mlm. No matter what the product is you are doomed to fail unless you get in on the top. If you don't believe me google arbonne scam or mlm scam or go to pinktruth.com. Look at thousands of arbonne products on ebay and craigslist. I tried for a year before I figured out the business is doomed to fail. If you look at the ICCS over the years you'll see that the paychecks are going down. Also only a very small percentage at the very top make a LOT of money which makes it APPEAR that everybody can make the $20K a month, but most can't possibly make that much and that doesn't even account for the cost of doing business which is pretty hefty but never discussed. Look at the successplan and ICCS and do the math for yourself.

That aside, they use nanosphere technology - it's pretty new, they couldn't have tested long term. Scientists think it may get into the brain and bloodstream because the spheres are so small. That's not the bad part. Arbonne uses parabens for preservatives - known to cause cancer. They don't use a lot and it is necessary to keep the product from spoiling, but combine nanosphere technology AND parabens, I think that is a BAD idea. Who knows what can happen when you slather the stuff on your eyes like I did...5 years later, what might it do? Remember that cosmetics are NOT regulated.

That's the reason why I quit using it AND quit the business. Hope you are objective enough on this website to post my comments. I know it's hard to hear, I was just as enthusiastic when I started but I hope I can help just one person not lose time and money which is why I took the time to type this all up. I know they say pure, safe, and beneficial but I've never seen 'results' proving the testing for LONG TERM safety. Good luck to everybody, PLEASE research for yourself!

I love Arbonne. However, the information "ad" for Arbonne at the top of the screen is incorrect, in that it states Arbonne does not contain chemicals or dyes. Arbonne products do not contain any chemical fragrances or dyes, except some special products contain synthetic fragrance and they are clearly marked. Arbonne combines science and nature. As a person with extremely sensitive skin, I've been very pleased with the Arbonne products. I've especially enjoyed using the Nutrimin C RE9 anti-aging line, which has taken years off my eyes and neck. I love the products so much that I sell them now. What people need to realise is that not all chemicals are harmful at low dose, and not all natural materials are safe. I've had some of my worst allergic reactions to 'all-natural' beauty and bath products. Also, many 'natural' products do not have preservatives, so they can quickly have microbial or fungal growth occuring, which will irritate your skin, as well. I am satisfied that Arbonne products are safe, pure and beneficial. You get more harmful chemicals in your toothpaste!!

I would recommend EVERYONE really look at the contents in Arbonne products. The RE9 eye cream contains Quantium, which is derived from formadehyde (spelling??). I spent alot of time and money with Arbonne to unfortunately find out they are NOT all natural. I was lucky enough to have a chemist study the product contents for me. I am grateful I am not using this product. Especially near my eye.

All i have to say is that Arbonne is my money worth. I love Arbonne the products so much that i signed up just to get the products a discount. But i am considering to build the business now that is being open in UK on NOV. Like many other posters on this board, I believe the Arbonne product line is a good one. However, I believe many people who set out to build a successful business as an Arbonne distributor will fail. It won't be due to a poor product, though, or for lack of trying on their part, either.

The fact is, the way most people approach a network marketing business is completely backwards, and is almost guaranteed to result in failure. The saddest part is, those people are doing exactly what their upline is telling them to do! And when it doesn't work, they just do more of it.

I too am an Arbonne Rep - I was skeptical at first and didn't want to join - after two months of using the products I am starting to re-order and order other things as well. The whole re9 line works well together and I could never afford the whole Lancome line or Skinceuticals Line nor did I ever notice a difference. Arbonne is very innovative with their formulas and new product lines. Just recently I ordered the concealer and I hate concealers - they always settle in the creases and emphasize the lines, but not this one - the first night I wore it people complimented me on how nice I looked - I was floored. Needless to say I am more and more interested in building a team of go getters that see the potential in Arbonne. The web site and the learning tools and support available to anyone who is interested in building their own business is just incredible. As a comparison, my husband and I ventured into a coffee franchise a year ago only to have the people take our money and soon after declare bankruptcy - it was tens of thousands of dollars - absolutely devastating and disheartening but for us a business with Arbonne is attainable and affordable - we started with $2000 (which of course was for business tools and a right off at tax time) but I know people that started with less than $600 and just went crazy with it - it's all about you and stepping outside the comfort zone. I would like more information on Arbonne. I have met two women (both mid-forties) who use Arbonne, and their complexions are gorgeious. I know the products are a little more in price, but if they deliver, I'm for it. I buy M.Kay, Clinique, some L'Oreal. Please tell me how I can obtain a catalogue, and if possible, how to be a rep? I have a Women's information site which gets pretty good traffic. I am wondering if I could just join Arbonne and put a page on my site advertising it with my sponsor number. I think I could drive several thousand visitors a month to it. Would Arbonne allow me to sign people up like this?

I tried it for a while but got sick and tired of being pushed to sell sell sell. I ended up buying the products myself just to get them off my back. It's a too high pressured organization in my opinion.

My aunt just got a mercedes from selling Arbonne. And she goes on trips all the time which she wins in sales contests. She tried to get me to sell it too, but I am no saleswoman. I just can't ask people to buy things like that.
