acn has great prices but if it can improve its services with the voip and the shipping andthe processing that it takes to get to the customers than representatives can have more customers becasue most of the ACN service is cancelled because the clients dont have their service or their number is changed. if that problem can be fixed than this will increase ACN's potential

would love to join the ACN communication team as representative.

I just bought an answering machine Now I need to switch off the answering feature on my land line phone which is part of your ACN Package. (I needed something with a flashing light which lets me know I have messages) The phone is blocking my answering machine now so I MUST turn off the ACN answering feature. Please let me know what I must do to turn it off.

The ACN advertising restrictions are horrible! they stop your bussiness hopes in there tracks!

I would be very weary about joining ACN. There is a lot of hidden fees and expenses that aren't talked about when you are being rushed to sign up. Very disappointed in ACN Upline Support- no where to be found!

ACN video phone is by far the worst VOIP service I have ever had not to mention the most expensive even if you don't include the ridiculous fees to get into the service and the inevitable fees to get out of the service. I set up this phone almost a year ago and finally got so fed up with giving my money away for something that never worked I decided to bite the bullet and pay their ridiculous fee to get rid of them as well as their fee to port my number over.

I bought the service and shut off my Packet8 service to help out a friend who was selling it although I kept my office line with packet8. This phone would never work without unplugging it and plugging it back in before every call and if you stayed on the static filled call to long it would inevitably drop the call. It would only successfully call international once in a while and nothing the customer service had me do would fix it all the while my Packet8 service in my office worked great. The service department refused to replace the unit until I took it to someone else's house to test it even though I informed them that I had another VOIP provider that worked great all the time.

Save yourself the aggravation, and enough money in sign up fees to pay for service from someone else and just go with a decent provider.

I am an ACN Rep and I have their video phone. I live in BC Canada. I have not had trouble with the VOIP phone. Sometimes it may have a delay but I've had far worse troubles with my Shaw phone. It's a great deal as it includes the long distance in the fees. You do need high speed internet and if your internet is questionable as I suspect some on here were, have your rep test a phone at your home. Most reps have 2 phones...I have 3! I also have ACN high speed internet and it's been the most reliable internet I've ever had. I rarely have to reset it. I had to reset the Shaw internet at least twice a day. It kept knocking the router out.
